New Songs in SoCal

Dear Friends & Listeners,

On a recent trip to Southern California, I had an opportunity to test the waters with a few new songs. As many of my friends around the world have been celebrating the festival of Ayyám-i-Há over the last few days – a special time of giving and gratitude – I thought I’d share with you one of my new songs from a live performance in San Clemente. It’s called Wasteland and it’s about changing the world for the better: Thanks to my good friend Badi for filming this!

Also, if you’d like to see a clip from my recent music workshop in Arizona about some principles I find useful in the creative process, there’s a YouTube clip from the workshop right here: and a full article at Many thanks to Raha for the video and article!

And as always, thanks to you, my dear readers & listeners for all your amazing support,
Luke x

Thanks, Luke! Good to hear what you’ve been up to.

Meher Baba observed: “To penetrate into the essence of all being and significance, and to release the fragrance of that inner attainment for the guidance and benefit of others by expressing, in the world of forms, truth, love, purity and beauty, this is the sole game which has any intrinsic and absolute worth. All other happenings, incidents and attainments can, in themselves, have no lasting importance.”

Love & Best to you and all the Family, as ever!

Hey Paul – that’s a beautiful passage from Meher Baba! Thanks so much for sharing this.

Hi Luke Hope you are well and thriving. Wondering if we can persuade you to come to Wellingborough again to do another wonderful house concert in the barn at the end of June/early July? The date we thought is Friday 24th, Sat 25th June or 1st or 2nd July. Our youth will be finishing their exams around this time and this would be a lovely way to celebrate. Look forward to hearing the new songs. Love Richard and Lou
